Pae Kong Shrine
Pae Kong Shrine has been with the area since ancient times. Originally a wooden shrine by the canal, surrounded by a fishing community with canal walkways and dense mangroves. Later, Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Foundation renovated it into the current building. The community believes that before going to sea, they must ask Chao Pho Pae Kong for protection while sailing, to ward off storms. Those whose wishes come true bring offerings. Currently, there is an annual shrine event every August 30 with Chinese opera and basket floating ceremony.

Pae Kong Shrine has been with the area since ancient times. Originally a wooden shrine by the canal, surrounded by a fishing community with canal walkways and dense mangroves, coastal celtis, and casuarina trees. Later, Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Foundation renovated it into the current building. The community believes that before going to sea, they must ask Chao Pho Pae Kong for help and protection while sailing, to ward off storms, and ensure safe travel. In the past when floods were frequent, they would ask for the water not to flood and to flow out to sea quickly. Merchants would ask for good and prosperous business. Those whose wishes come true bring chicken, pork, and 3 or 5 types of fruit as offerings. Currently, there is an important annual shrine event every August 30 with Chinese opera performances and basket floating ceremony.
